Used my points for a mini vacation. Requested NO sales calls Arrived and was asked if we wanted to attend a sales meeting.
Told them NO THANK YOU also told them the same when I booked the trip. Asked not to be contacted again about it. During the next 3 day I was called at 9:30am asking the same question. Complained to the sales manager WAS TOLD CORP.
ALLOWS THEM TO CALL AFTER 9am. If you don’t want to be harassed you MUST REWUEST NO SALES CALLS AT CHECKIN. ONLY. TELLING ANYONE ELSE IS A WASTE OF TIME.
This was not a free weekend I used points and was still woken up every morning. Tried to complain and was BLOWN OFF. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MARRIOTT. WOULD LIKE TO SELL THEM MY POINTS BACK.
VERY RUDE. ALL THEY SAY IS SORRY. Be wary of them. Rude lying all they want to do is sell you more.
FOUND YHE MANAGER OF SALES TO BE A COMPANY MAN. JUST A LOT OF SORRY. Same day the smart peoples at this place decided to test the hot water at 5pm. Which entailed NO Hot water for an hour.
Think after a day outside you would want to shower before dinner?!?!could have tested water mid day when most are at the pool. Very bad planning.
